Dates:
- Secret Santa Name Drawing: December 12th
- Gift Exchange Event: December 22nd at the dispensary
Participation:
- Open to all current employees at the dispensary
- Participation is voluntary; no pressure to take part
- Names will be drawn randomly to assign who will be buying for whom
Budget:
- Please ensure your gift remains within the $10 to $20 range to be fair to all participants
- Stay within the designated budget range with your gift selection
- The gift value should not exceed the maximum of $20 or go below the $10 minimum
Gift Guidelines: ✅ Allowed:
- Pre-rolls: Single or multi-pack pre-rolled joints are great gift options
- Edibles: Small packs of cannabis-infused edibles are a tasty choice
- Vape cartridges: Popular and convenient cannabis consumption method
- Small flower amounts: Select a small amount of flower in compliance with company policy
- Cannabis accessories: Consider items such as grinders, pipes, or rolling papers
- Brand merchandise: Dispensary-branded apparel, accessories, or products are encouraged
❌ Not Allowed:
- Anything over $20 retail value
- Personal consumption of gifted products during work hours
- Gifts that are not sourced from the dispensary’s inventory
- Avoid gifting any products not from the dispensary’s range of offerings
Rules:
- Must be an employee or customer of the dispensary to participate
- Each participant is responsible for purchasing and gifting one item
- The selected gift must be sourced from the dispensary’s stock of products
- Names will be assigned randomly, and no further exchanges are permitted once drawn
- The dispensary management will organize and oversee the process of the gift exchange
Compliance:
- Proper documentation of all gifts exchanged will be maintained in the dispensary’s inventory records
- All gifts must comply with state regulations and legal requirements
- Exchanged gifts should not be resold or transferred to others; they are intended for personal use by the recipient
Opt-Out Option:
- Employees can choose not to participate in the Secret Santa event without facing any adverse consequences
- It is entirely optional to join in the gift exchange festivities
The process for pairing participants in the Secret Santa gift exchang::
- Secret Santa Name Drawing:
- Prior to the event on December 12th, all interested employees or customers who wish to participate in the Secret Santa gift exchange will submit their names to the organizer (such as a manager or designated staff member).
- Random Assignment:
- The organizer will then compile all the submitted names of willing participants and randomly assign each person with another participant as their Secret Santa gift recipient.
- Information Sharing:
- Once the pairings have been determined, the organizer will communicate to each participant the name of the individual they have been paired with for the gift exchange. This information should be kept confidential to preserve the surprise element of the gift-giving.
- Gift Purchase:
- Participants will then purchase a gift for the individual they have been paired with, ensuring that the gift complies with the established budget and guidelines provided by the dispensary.
