Buffalo's first women-owned dispensary
Buffalo, New York Est. 2023
Built from hustle, heart, and Western New York pride.
Buffalo Dreams is an independently women-owned recreational dispensary, founded in 2023 by Bee Duangtavilay and Jamie Donato Rivera — two minority women who turned an unlikely idea into a Western New York shop that has served more than 295,000 orders since opening. Located in the Town of Tonawanda, we proudly serve Tonawanda, Kenmore, Amherst, Buffalo and all of WNY.
Our philosophy is simple: no matter who you are, if you have the drive, you can build something real. That belief shows up in every product we carry, every customer we educate, and every community partnership we make.
Bee Duangtavilay
Co-Founder & VisionaryBee brings the vision and the tenacity. As a Laotian-American entrepreneur, she built Buffalo Dreams from concept to a 4.9-star, women-owned dispensary — proving that community-rooted businesses can compete and win.
Jamie Donato Rivera
Co-Founder & OwnerJamie keeps the dream running. Puerto Rican-born and Buffalo-built, she brings the operational heart and the community connections that make Buffalo Dreams feel like a neighborhood institution, not just a store.
